CIS系列船用單級單吸離心泵

概述Overview

IS系列單級單吸（軸向吸入）離心泵，供輸送液溫不超過100℃吸入壓力不大于0.3Mpa，最高工作壓力不大于1.6Mpa的清水或物理及化學性質類似于清水的液體之用，適用于工業、城市給水排水，亦可用于農田、果園排灌。

CIS型單級船用離心泵其性能參數，適用溫度范圍，安裝尺寸與IS型單級單吸離心泵相同，適用船舶供水及排水。CISR型單級船用熱水離心泵其性能參數，安裝尺寸與IS型單級單吸離心泵相同，適用船舶鍋爐及生活供熱水。供輸送液溫不超過200℃吸入壓力不大于0.8Mpa的熱水。IS、CIS、CISR型泵結構簡單，性能可靠、體積小、重量輕、效率高、噪聲低、振動小、氣蝕余量低、使用維修方便。IS、CIS、CISR型泵共29個基本型號，上百個規格，但只有四個規格的軸和懸架部件為獨立零件，其余全部通用化，通用化程度高達92%以上。

IS pump is a kind of axial suction centrifugal pump with single stage and suction. It is used to deliver clear water and physical or chemical liquid similar to clear water below 100℃，with the suction pressure being less than 0.3Mpa and the most highest working pressure being less than 1.6Mpa. It is widely applied to industries, to city water supply and drain, and also to agricultural and orchard irrigation.

Type CIS marine centrifugal pump is same with IS series pump in the performance data, suit able temperature range and mounting data. It applied to ship water supply and drain. CISR type single-stage centrifugal pump performance parameters of marine water, the installation size and IS type single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump the same applies to the ship boilers and hot water for life. For the transmission fluid temperature does not exceed 200℃ suction pressure of the hot water is not more than 0.8Mpa. IS, CIS ,CISR pump is of （simple structure, reliable performance, small body, light weight, high of efficiency, low noise, tiny vibration, little NPSH and easy maintenance. The series of IS, CIS,CISR pumps have 29 main types and over one hundred sizes, But only four specifications of shaft and suspension parts for independent parts and the rest universal, generalization degree at 92% above.
